4/17/08  -   Parfait season at Decadence du Chocolat Daikanyama

This year, the Parfait season will start on May 1st, at Decadence du Chocolat Daikanyama. The 2008 collection will include Decadence two classical parfaits: the rich "Chocolat" with chocolate rice crispy, salty caramel ice cream and bitter chocolate cream and sherbet; and the refreshing, light "Exotique" with its mango and passion fruits sherbet, a white chocolate cream with a hint of lemon, caramelized coconuts... Stephane Vieux will recreate his classical recipies to bring a note of surprise to all our afficionados !





4/17/08  -   Mother's Day 2008 Collection

In French, we say "Dites-le avec des Fleurs", it means "say it with flowers", this year for Mother's Day Stephane Vieux says "Say it with Flowers, Chocolate or my original yakigashi combinations, which are all under a flowery theme !"

The Collection will be available at both stores from 4/15.
Some of the items will also be available on the Web.
